Booking Terms and Conditions:
Project1 Presents… is a night of live music brought to you by Project1 Events. These events are intended to be a fun evening out for a whole range of people. However some of our events may have age limitations.
Tickets for Project1 Presents… can be bought from any Project1 Events event, the Project1 Events store, or from the bands / artists who are playing at the event. Other approved sellers may be listed for specific events.
1. The tickets remain the property of Project1 Events at all times. This acts as a personal revocable license that may be withdrawn at any time, upon refunding the full amount of the purchase cost.
2. The ticket is bought as a personal admission, and may not be purchased for a business, commercial or trade purpose (should you require commercial tickets please contact Project1 Events directly to discuss your requirements). In particular your tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at anytime. Doing so will allow for the ticket to be seized or the individual being refused entry to the event.
3. It is your responsibility to check your tickets, ensure that they are the correct tickets for the correct event. Mistakes can not be amended after purchase.
4. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the event is still going ahead prior to setting off for the event. Project1 Events will not be responsible for any charges or costs incurred with attending any event. Project1 Events will however make every effort to contact any persons who has previously purchased an event ticket.
5. We regret that tickets can not be refunded or exchanged after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the event an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with an alternative date for the event, or where the event is not rescheduled then a full refund of the tickets face value will be offered. To claim this refund an application in writing will need to be sent to Project1 Events or emailed through to presents@project1events.com within 28days of the cancellation notification.
6. This ticket is issued in accordance to the rules and regulations of the venue. Breach of any of these rules, or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle to the venue or the event partner to remove you from the venue.
7. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons be in breach of any rules and regulations of the venue or of the event partner.
8. Please be aware that on occasions random security checks and searches may be in operation, these are in order to ensure the safety and security of the event patrons.
9. Every effort will be made to accommodate late comers to the event, however please be aware that on some occasions it may not be possible to permit your entry to the event.
10. Project1 Events nor its partners will be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
11. Tickets are sold within the rights of the venue and the Project1 Events, Project1 Events reserve the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without having to refund the monies or exchange the tickets.
12. Some of our events have restrictions on any photographic equipment being used during the performances. Please check prior to the event taking place. Any individual found to be using this equipment may have the equipment seized / destroyed.
13. Patrons are not permitted to bring any food or drink into any of the Project1 Presents… events. Any persons found with such articles will be removed from the premises without a refund.
14. The venue, Project1 Events, and any of the event partners accept no liability for personal property whilst attending a Project1 Presents event.
15. The ticket provides the user with a single entry to the event. In the event that the smoking area requires you to leave the venue, please find a member of the Project1 Presents team before leaving to ensure you get your re-entry pass.
16. By attending any event run by Project1 Events you are consenting to our photographic agreement. Your attendance acts as an agreement by yourself for express consent to appearing in any future marketing materials (whether film / print or audio). Other agencies such as The police, the venue, the security forces may carry out a photographic log in an effort to maintain order and event safety.
17. Some events may have restricted ticket sales per individual.
18. The sale of alcohol is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over. Should you be fortunate enough to appear under the age of 25 you may be required to provide a valid form of identification failure to do so will result in a refusal. We apologise in advance if this policy causes any embarrassment.
19. Persons found to be purchasing alcohol for persons under the age of 18 will be ejected from the event and their details will be passed to the relevant authorities.
20. Throwing of any objects whilst inside the venue or at any point whilst at the event will result in your ejection from the event. Your details will also be passed on to the local authorities should any alleged incident occur.
21. Participating in any crowd surfing whilst at a Project1 Presents… event is strictly prohibited. Any individual found to be crowd surfing at any point will be ejected from the event, and you will also be banned from any future events.
22. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue at anytime. Any persons found to be doing so will be ejected from the event and your details will be passed on to the local authorities to be dealt with in the local manner.
23. All standard UK laws apply whilst you are at any event run by Project1 Events.
